Leadership Miami's mission is to cultivate leaders from all segments of our community by educating, developing and encouraging individuals to be active leaders in their community and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

The program requires future leaders to attend a two day opening conference, five Focus Sessions, a Closing Conference, and full Participation with a "team" involved in a community service project.

Mayor Manny Diaz of the City of Miami says it best. "Leadership Miami is a true asset to our community." As a graduate, I value greatly my own experience in the program. The commitment to promote active involvement in civic life is one that will have a meaningful and lasting impact for all of Miami."
