Leadership Miami Alumni are the backbone of our future programming. Program graduates are encouraged to continue their support of Leadership Miami by serving on various planning committees or as group facilitators. Leadership Miami is governed by an executive board with the responsibility of administering the program each year. The board is comprised of alumni who have taken an active leadership role in the program. Furthermore, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce encourages program graduates to join and participate in Chamber activities. Upon graduation, all participants receive a limited complimentary membership to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Graduates are invited to participate in the planning & design of the following year's Leadership Miami Program at the annual Chamber Goals Conference. In addition, round table discussions and networking events are presented throughout the year for the benefit of current participants as well as alumni.
